PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT

This includes examining internal and external factors such as technological developments, legislation and regulations, societal trends, and employee preferences. The findings should lead to concrete recommendations that can help Nubix shape a future-proof compensation policy.

In this graduation assignment, you will have the opportunity to explore the possibilities and trends surrounding flexible compensation and develop a vision for how this practice could evolve within the organization in the future.

Flexible compensation is an increasingly popular concept in which employees are given more freedom to shape their own compensation package, based on personal preferences, life stages, and needs. This may include choices in salary, secondary benefits, training opportunities, working hours, or additional vacation days.

• You are currently pursuing a higher education (HBO or university-level) degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• You have an interest in employment benefits, HR trends, and change management.
• You can work independently as well as in a team, and you have an analytical, results-oriented mindset.
